16 February: The Australian Electoral Commission today advised that the Accommodation Association of Australia’s members have voted overwhelmingly (96%) in favour of the amalgamation with Tourism Accommodation Australia (TAA).

16 December: The Fair Work Commission has given the greenlight to the next stage in the proposed amalgamation of the Accommodation Association of Australia (AA) and Tourism Accommodation Australia (TAA)1, including approving an AA member vote.
