Stacey McBride

General Manager, Accommodation Australia NSW


Stacey McBride is General Manager of Accommodation Australia NSW, representing the interests of the state’s hotel and accommodation sector and advocating for its role within the broader tourism and visitor economy.

Stacey works closely with accommodation operators, government, tourism bodies and industry stakeholders on the issues and opportunities affecting the sector. Her role spans industry advocacy and representation, member engagement and stakeholder relations, with a strong focus on ensuring the accommodation industry has an effective voice in decisions affecting tourism and the visitor economy across NSW.

Stacey joined Tourism Accommodation Australia NSW in 2021 and, in 2023, led the NSW transition that brought the state’s accommodation associations together to form Accommodation Australia NSW. As General Manager of the newly amalgamated organisation, she has overseen its establishment and growth, expanding membership and industry partnerships while strengthening the sector’s engagement and representation across government and the wider visitor economy.

Stacey is a member of the NSW Government’s Accommodation Advisory Committee and the IntoWork Australia National Tourism and Hospitality Industry Advisory Council.

She holds a Bachelor of Business Management and a Diploma of International Tourism.

Noel Teskey

Workplace Relations Consultant


Noel joined the Workplace Relations team in October 2006 and brought with him a wealth of management knowledge and experience.  Previously, Noel managed large and small enterprises, and owned and operated a number of small businesses. 

He provides members with pragmatic advice on a wide range of workplace relations matters, including award interpretations, workplace agreements, workplace health & safety, workers’ compensation legislation, dispute resolution and employers’ superannuation contributions.   He undertakes compliance audits, and conducts seminars and workshops throughout Australia. 

Noel holds a business degree majoring in Accountancy and Marketing, and a graduate certificate in HRM, majoring in Industrial Relations.

Jason Bartlett

Director Corporate Affairs, National and NSW


Jason Bartlett is an experienced media and communications professional with in-depth expertise in crisis management, strategic communications and pro-active media and  advertising campaigns at the national and state levels.

He worked at senior levels in print and broadcast media in metropolitan and regional NSW - including for Sydney’s Daily Telegraph - for almost a decade before moving into the public relations sector, where he spent more than six years at the top levels of the State Government, working as Deputy Chief of Staff and Media and Communications Director across a range of portfolios from Primary Industries, Energy and Mineral Resources and Gaming and Racing to State Development and Major Events. 

He joined the staff of TAA/AHA in August 2010 in what was originally a temporary post as the organisation’s first ever media advisor. He was the AHA NSW and TAA NSW Media and Communications Director for eight years before adding National Media and Communications Director to his role in 2019. He was appointed TAA / AHA NSW and National Director of Corporate Affairs   encompassing his previous roles) in January 2023.

Sean Morrissey

General Legal Counsel


Admitted as a solicitor in 2004, Sean has worked in both private legal practice and for large-employer organisations, specialising in employment and industrial relations law.

Sean currently serves as the Deputy Chief Executive Officer and General Legal Counsel of the Australian Hotels Association NSW, which operates HTA Legal.
